特點(diǎn)：
伺服控制器控制，液壓傳動(dòng)控制，伺服電機(jī)-行星減速機(jī)-滾珠絲杠驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，箱形框架構(gòu)件等部分組成。
臥式磨頭以磨削水平平面為主（亦可磨削90度V型軌的斜面）。
立式磨頭（液壓鎖緊），以磨削側(cè)平面為主，調(diào)整角度，亦可磨削任何角度的V形軌及燕尾槽等斜面。
龍門(mén)式框架，由雙立柱、橫梁及床身組成封閉式剛性框架結(jié)構(gòu)。
橫梁為矩形階梯式導(dǎo)軌，力學(xué)性能好，剛性強(qiáng)。
臥式磨頭采用獲得國(guó)家專(zhuān)利的動(dòng)靜壓主軸，立式磨頭采用滾動(dòng)軸承。
工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、噪音小，獨(dú)立液壓站裝有油溫風(fēng)冷裝置。工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)速度及定距，可遠(yuǎn)程控制，無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，并有點(diǎn)動(dòng)和自動(dòng)功能。
由自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑裝置進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑。若缺油可自動(dòng)停機(jī)并報(bào)警。
Features：
1. Composed of servo controller, hydraulic transmission system, servo motor-reducer-ball screw drive system, box shape frame, etc.
2. Horizontal grinding head is mainly for grinding level plane(grinding 90 degree incline of V type guide-way is possible).
3. Vertical grinding head(hydraulic locking) is mostly for side plane, grinding V type guide-way & swallow-tail slot at any angle is possible.
4. Gantry framework and enclosed strong rigid structure composed of double column, beam & bed.
5. Rectangular staged guide-way with good mechanical property & high rigidity.
6. State-patented spindle for horizontal grinding head and roller bearings for vertical grinding head.
7. Step-less & stable table motion with low noise, independent hydraulic station with cooling unit. Long-range-control & step-less table moving speed with inching & auto function.
8. With auto lubrication and it stops & alarms automatically if oil not enough.
